There are so many good reasons for smaller class sizes but the main one for me is that we all get to know each other. I adapt the classes to suite everyone and know if anyone has an injury and make
sure I teach how to practice safely. I often add bits to class especially for you, even if you are not aware of it. From special postures for lower back problems, to a wonderful breathing exercise for stress. If you are new to yoga, I slow things down and
go back to careful alignment and simpler postures.
Ask questions, laugh and support each other.
