Classes are capped at 12 students.
There are so many good reasons for smaller class sizes but the main one for me is that we all get to know each other. I adapt the classes to suite
everyone and know if anyone has an injury and make sure I teach how to practice safely. I often add bits to class especially for you, even if you are not aware of it. From special postures for lower back problems, to a wonderful breathing exercise for stress.
If you are new to yoga, I slow things down and go back to careful alignment and simpler postures.
Ask questions, laugh and support each other.

STUDENTS BUY A 4 WEEK INTRODUCTORY PASS OR A 10 WEEK PASS
Cost is $60 and expires after 4 weeks.
After 4 weeks you can then pay weekly or buy a 10 week pass.
1/Buy a 10 class pass anytime and guarantee your place in class.
This pass expires after 10 weeks and can be used in any class.

2/Book and pay for classes in advance. As many classes
as you want to.

I send a weekly text on Sunday afternoon with a little about the class focus.
If places are still available I will book you in and you can pay on the day.
