I miss teaching and I have decided to start ZOOM classes. I think it will be the best way to keep practicing in these uncertain times and Yoga is so important. They will begin in August.

While classes at the Hall are cancelled they will be 9 - 10 am Mondays

I will record them if you can't make it.

Classes are capped at 9 students.

There are so many good reasons for smaller class sizes but the main one for me is that we all get to know each other. I adapt the classes to suite everyone and know if anyone has an injury and make sure I teach how to practice safely. I often add bits to class especially for you, even if you are not aware of it. From special postures for lower back problems, to a wonderful breathing exercise for stress. If you are new to yoga, I slow things down and go back to careful alignment and simpler postures.

Ask questions, laugh and support each other.

Everyone benefits and we share the space and enjoy learning from each other.



Cost is $60 and expires after 4 weeks.

After 4 weeks you can then choose from the options below.



Buy a 5 or 10 week pass anytime and guarantee your place in class. 

This pass expires after 5 or 10 weeks. If the class does not run for any reason the pass is extended.

Cost for 5 weeks is $85 or 10 weeks $150         Concessions  $70/$130 

* Most students have a pass at the moment.  



Advance bookings may not be available. 

Book and pay for classes in advance. As many classes as you want to.

Casual places may not be available. 

I send a weekly text on Sunday afternoon with a little about the class focus.

If places are still available I will book you in and you can pay on the day.

Face to face classes are cancelled but you can still book your spot.
New Student Pass is $60 for 4 weeks.
There are places in the 9.30am Hatha Class and 6pm Hatha Class at Empire Bay Hall
If you would like to join the 8.15am class leave your name and number.
I'll get back to you as soon as a spot becomes available.
There is a waiting list for the Gentle/Relaxation Class
My classes are carefully planned each week.
We practice Hatha, Flow, Yin & Restorative Yoga.
They gradually change with the seasons, a cold day in winter, we will be moving and flowing practicing more heating, standing postures. A hot day in summer will find us laying down and practicing more cooling, calming yin and restorative yoga.
Usually we manage to fit in a bit of everything! A gentle flow to warm up, then strengthening Hatha. Yin for flexibility and Restorative Yoga to deeply relax.
The classes are small and friendly.

Class times on Mondays: 

8.15 am - Gentle Yoga

9.30 am - Hatha Yoga

6 pm - Hatha Yoga

Usually a few people are absent and the classes are small and friendly with between 6 and 9 students. Which is an ideal number and gives us plenty of space for social distancing.

BYO mat and blanket at the moment. 

Please use your own hand sanitiser before coming into the Hall.

I have hand and yoga mat sanitiser and a spray if you forget and need to borrow my mats and blankets.
